At the University of Otago Global Indigenous Suicide Prevention Symposium on the 27th February 2018, Dr Kahu McClintock (Kaiwhakahaere Rangahau, Te Rau Matatini) made the important announcement that there would be a refresh of the Te Rā o Te Waka Hourua Strategic Research Agenda for Māori and Pasifika Suicide Prevention. Te Rā o Te Waka Hourua provided a framework for the four research projects successfully funded and completed funded under Waka Hourua.
In order to have suicide prevention research priorities that reflect community need, the Te Rā o Te Waka Hourua Strategic Research Agenda Survey is now open: Update (2/07/2018) - Survey is now closed. Thank you everyone who participated.
We look forward to your input in identifying priorities. If you have any queries, please email [email protected]
